When creating a movement plan, I prioritize active range of motion, tissue resilience and articular health to make sure your tissues are prepared for the loads of your sport / whatever you want to do with your body.

 

We start with an analysis of:

1) what you want to do (your movement goals)

2) what your body needs to do (to perform your goals)

3) what your body can currently do

You will learn how to perform a daily assessment to be able to take responsibility of your own rest and recovery needs / how to adjust your movement plan as your goals & needs change.

My approach to private coaching:

1) We start with an assessment: we determine your personal goals and see how your body currently moves / feels through a movement assessment.

2) I provide you with a personalized movement plan that is curated for YOUR body’s needs and wants.

3) Book your continued training sessions as needed.

Personal training sessions are fully booked until fall 2025. Please state your request below to put your name on the waitlist or book a session in the fall.

After we determine what training plan fits you best:

You gain LIFETIME access to your own MHUW account. You will find lots of written and video resources in your MHUW account so you can start your movement journey the same day you sign up.

During our first session:

We will assess all your moveable joints by performing a simple movement routine. This movement routine will be your homework to perform on a daily basis after our session (descriptions of how to do this routine will be found in your MHUW account).

A few days after our first session:

You will find a customized movement plan that includes written and video descriptions on your MHUW account. (You will have LIFETIME access to all this information).
